Manuel Ortega, Argentinian Chef with more than 20 years of experience.Manuel was born in Mar del Plata - Argentina in 1977 and grew up influenced by a gastronomic culture that enhances the tradition of the "Asado Gaucho", mixing it with Italian and European influences in general, product of the multiple migrations and communities that planted roots in Argentina. At age 21, Manuel decided to emigrate to the United States to strengthen his knowledge in cooking.
Manuel is a professional trained in the preparation of a wide range of dishes and his specialty and passion as an authentic Argentinian grilled preparations.
Among the experiences that have strengthened Manuel's talent as an International Chef, are years of work in high-level restaurants such as the Novecento chain and one of Miami's main Catering companies: Miami Grill Catering.
